Fnb/Paypal services has issues.

Fnb paypal services is really disappointing, their service is bad. They don't answer their phone and not to mention their email. To link and activate the account is a mission and they send you to pillar to post now i'm trying to withdraw my funds, i get an error message saying "Hard hold on account" I'm really dragging to call them because they won't pick my call as usual. They need to come up with a friendly way to this paypal services process because this is not IT!!!
