FNB / paypal These are just events of Fri and yesterday....else I would need far too many words. To get my money from paypal I need a 4 digit pin number. I have an FNB gold Visa having only 3 digits. on to the e-site, waiting 20 minutes for entry. This time is spent listening to non-stop FNB ads over music that is more boring than the ads. FNB/paypal need more consultants and mercy for customers. I'm then told that only the branch can fix this and i must go myself to the branch. i'm bed-ridden so my wife goes to the branch only to be told by a most helpful man that they can't do this but he links up with a pp consultant, suffering the same wait on his land line. (no internet) eventually gets a phone number and was told that I should phone ********** 725 between 9 and 1. Which I do, to be told that they are closed until Monday! I try another link, wait for 35 minutes and give uo in disgust.
