FNB/NON - FNB ONLINE BANKING FOR PAYPAL

Good day

I have tried to create a Non - FNB online banking profile to access my PayPal funds. I even went as far as to open and easy zero account. I got the card, the lady said I could now create my profile. I then tried numerous times at home, it did not work. I then visited another branch. They had no idea what I was talking about initially. After some explaining, they put me on the phone with app banking and then only banking, NO one can help me. They said oh easy zero doesn't have online banking. I said fine. Close it and please assist me with going the Non-FNB route. They had no idea what I was speaking about. They left me at the computer screen to figure it out since they had no clue. They say since I am not working the cannot assist me with any sort of transactional account. The people on the phone were saying I was already registered but there was no way to reclaim my password. I am beyond fed up at this point to be honest with you.

Does any one know how to set up a Non-FNB online banking profile???
