I would advise anyone especially the black people new buyers never to take their bond with FNB; I regret not jump shipping in 2017 when they were on Check point even last year...their agents in collections don't know how to handle customers they so rude and they send their team leader to sweet talk me and lie as if she handling my case as I was retrenched my insurance is if them with no policy number that i have asked four times ;they cant cover me ;they dont make payment arrangement i have to pay the instalment as it is if I fail in 3 months they take it to leagl ,their advise was to sell my house or rent it.their aim to repossess the house..i will forever open other people eyes an condem them from taking loans with FNB.#FNBMUSTFALL they Don t care where we will people will go after losing their house.first of all why would sell or rent because when you buy the house you were avoiding rentals.they know no one knew about this pandemic and people are suffering and losing jobs no sympathy or empathy or whatsoever o their side...
