I have a smartbond account with Fnb ;because of the bad economy we have been retrenched so fnb insurance won't cover the house and make any payment arrangement that I can afford.i was working for small company with no benefits so their agent told me to sell the house or rent it.Shiren was the name o the agent so rude no sympathy or humanity at all.Fnd it's been on tv with so many complaints I never left it I regret it now I would advise anyone especially the black people new buyers never to take their bond please and their interest rates are so high
