FNB...more like Frankly Nobody Bothers anymore

Trying to withdraw money from Paypal to my bank account on FNB. The banker I chatted with (Esethu Ngqeleni) was not responding at all. I had to send the message twice before the person responded (the status at the top showed the agent typed, but the message was not sent). So I sent the agent of photo of what appeared on my screen with the message " this account is on hold ". The agent responded with "it seems there is a hold on your account" - nothing else. I told them yes, I am aware, I wanted to know why the F* it is on hold. The agent just responded with that I could contact someone else. This is my third time I tied to just ASK them what is going on and one person tells me to contact the next. The next person refer me to someone else. Great F*in customer service plan guys!
