Fnb/money gram stole my money

Used money gram via fnb app to send money the receiver was unable to collect it because they said the amount was to high and that the money was refunded back to the sender spent over an hour spoke to 10 agents back to back from forex to money gram to fnb customer care no one was able to help me locate my money that was apparently refunded back to me only to be given a number to call by money gram *** which is not in use and when I called again to inform them that the number was not in use . The agent referred me back to the same not in use number . I just want my money back
