I want to cancel my FNB credit card but it is impossible with FNB. First, a went to the branch. they told me to phone *** which I did. They asked me for my ID number, which I did. Then I must put in the last 6 digits of the card, which I did. Then they asked me to put in the card number and pin. I don't have a problem putting in the card number but I am definitely not going to put in my pin number. I spoke to Gevin whom laught at me wen I told her that I am going to haollopeter. It is totally imposible to do business with FNB.
