Fnblife service is useless

I am so fed up with Fnblife. I was not aware that my debit order was going to go off after the date which I initially advised them to debit. No communication was made for this date and I spoke to many agents with no help at all. My debit order charge was approximately R150 and I was charged unpaid debit order fee of R110. Which is stupid as I was no notified about this debit order to go off after the initial arrangement. I have been on the line for atleast 30mins with no help. Fnblife is useless with no help for its clients. I want my unpaid debit order fees reversed and to be notified when my debit order will go off.
