FNBLife Policy Reinstatement Blunder by Lesego

On 26 February 2025, I spoke to Lesego from your Life Insurance department, who assured me that my life insurance policy had been reinstated. However, the debit order did not go off this month, and I received an SMS stating that my policy had lapsed.

At the time, I was in the Netherlands and wasn’t roaming, so I couldn’t take calls. I asked Lesego to transfer me to someone capable of assisting me, but he refused and did not help me. As it stands, my life insurance policy is still not visible in my profile.
