FNBLife - Pathetic, you are disgusting

You have been pathetic to say the least, I have been trying to get help/ to be assisted for the past three weeks, but without receiving such calls after being promised I will be called back.

It is about my life cover policy, the so called *NL policy*. Life cover payout is R3m, there is a 5% annual premium increase, that's fine I do not have a problem with that, but my concern is that what would be the value of R3mil 30 years later vs what I would be paying then considering this annual 5% increases on the premiums.

What is upsetting me is that I was told that they can't change the policy, it is either I cancel it and take a one that would be align with the annual CPI incremental, mind I took this policy in 2013, since they can't help change it because is an old policy the only option would be to cancel it, what would happen on my contribution towards this policy for the past seven years?

This whole COVID-19 disaster has proven beyond reasonable doubt that credit commitments can be amended, so what is that with FNB Life that they can't help me or amend my existing policy?
