FNBLIFE Don't care about families Peace of Mind

In August 2020 FNBlife stopped debiting my account , I called March 2021 and it was said a call was logged by Thembi. Today May 19 2021 I call Patricia and she confirms the call is still awaiting feedback from IT. Now should I die today then my husband and kids will be left with nothing because FNBLife decided not to my money after years and Thembi decided my call is not important enough to be escalated. How do I get a hold of anyone @ FNBlife before I die , since March I am receiving generic emails every time I tried to follow up. I want my debit orders reinstated and surely I can not be held accountable for FNB not taking their installments.

I need FNBlife to stop playing with people's lives as this insurance policy is holding my families future hostage.
