Delay with processing fnblife claims. Your client pays religiously and then when most needed, they have to wait.What’s the point? With all the required documents submitted I fail to understand why I still haven’t received feedback on a claim I made. It’s been 1 year 6months and still Waiting to get a response from the fnblife department and being sent from pillar to post to not get any response is draining
