I have a funeral policy with fnblife and they keep making me wait online and airtime got finished and they never call back i tried sending an email to *** but it doesn't go thru I am very angry took my policy last year 2 February and I'm on 21 months but the keep debating each time i receive money twice imagine twice. If i cancel this funeral cover i must start over from all the money i popped out imagine finding my account on - 606 i removed that but still money goes weekly, is it possible to get my money back before canceling or they must refund the money they know doesn't belong to the cover i am mad I cant even reverse this money why they changed things that we cant reverse on the app annoying shame
