For the past year my wife which has full access to my accounts, am trying to change my debit order date with FNBlife with no avail. She called and emailed my private banker which was quick to assist in writing the policy but can't assist to change the debit order date. After a year of struggling to change tge date and the debit order that returns empty and a failed attempt fee that is charged, my wife is still struggling to get this changed and every month I get charged bankfees. Wondering if FNB will refund me for there incompetence
