I have change banks. Since October month i am struggling to get my debit order change, Every time i phone in excuse is - this conversation has been recorded and you did not change the bank? 1ste the debit order go off on the middle of the month on new account - i phone and change debit order date to last day of the month. Ok i thought everything is sorted. what happens and month end, there we go debit order go off old bank account, i phone and ask why - excuse is i haven't change the bank account after i dont know how long i tried to explain i have change it. today is the 6th of January, sms from old bank account and there we go, i cant see what is the problem how difficult can it be to change banking details, it was correct but change back. if i died today then everything was for nothing.

nothing will be paid out because FNB did not got the payment, why must i struggle so much - who is going to pay for all the debit orders that didnt go off, try to phone and speak to a manger hold for more then 5 min!!!!

this is the most useless bank i have ever see - thats way is change banks!!!!!
