FNB...its own goals are too much now

I used to read other consumers reviews and mow I understand first hand their experiences and how low the bar has been set at this financial institution,I opened an aspire account recently,their own app,pre selected me for a private client credit card,well I app**** it and it was "successfull" whatever that means,and then the app orders the card and you can actually see the card with card number on the app,well no amount is loaded at that time which is ok,however this so called former bank is really misleading,what they don't say is that there's a one man show on the background who decide to reject your application based on whatever nonsense they use,one,my ITC is flipping good and FNB can't take that away from me even if they wanted,now I ask,what's the purpose of ordering a so called called and the card actually appearing on someone's banking app whereas there's a person on the background who can decide no I reject this and they don't communicate with you,they reject and sit and continue like its normal, imagine if I desperately needed the card or its funds,this bank is nonsense, no wonder its bleeding clients like this,they are really way below even Capitec now,their processes and everything is utterly wrong,now wonder now they are using underhand tactics to get clients's accounts upgraded under false pretences,its desperation brought by their own blunders,may they continue to bleed clients until they go on business rescue
