FNB/iStore promotion is a ****!

I purchased my iPhone with my Platinum credit card on the 27th of November 2020 as per the promotion/campaign that FNB have with the iStore. According to the terms and conditions of the promotion (https://www.rmbprivatebank.com/downloads/credit-cards/iStore/iStoreFAQs.pdf), the bank was supposed to move the purchase amount from the straight facility to the budget facility within 3-5 days of the transaction date. It is now the 6th of January, and NOTHING has changed. I’ve submitted complaint after complaint, called numerous times and TO THIS DAY not one person has even tried to resolve the issue. I’ve reversed the debit order because I was charged erroneously based on the full amount that still sits in my straight facility. And I will continue to do so until this is rectified. If nothing is done by this Friday I will be submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman. This is a clear violation of the CPA.
