FNB/iStore promotion
I purchased an Iphone through the FNB/Istore promotion in December. As per the promotion T&C's, FNB would transfer the purchase amount from the straight facility to the budget facility within 3-5 days of the transaction date.
A visit to the bank, only query submission and phone call - all have turned out to be futile, with no response or update from FNB.
Given the number of years that I have been with FNB, as well as the number of products held, I question if it's time to go shopping else where...

13 Jan 2022, 13:47Received a response from FNB saying that the complaint has been logged and escalated. I find it pointless for FNB to apologize if there has been no rectification. To date - nothing has been resolved. I guess it's time to consider the offers from other banks...
