I Have a Hospital cash plan with FNB Insure which has been going on now since 2 March 2021 I was paid for 2 claims however on the app says I have been paid for 3, I have sent in another 2 claims which was out Covid claims which was sent to them on the 2nd aswell. When I called today to ask what is happening with the rest of my claims was put on hold for 20 minutes then the line fot cut, and they dont bother to call back THEY ARE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! ***
