I have a HCP policy with FNB sent in forms on the 4th phoned the 9th gets a consultant who must have a very bad day as her attitude was like "Why can't you people just not wait for your payment" however then she was all like you need to complete page 3 at the bottom which was just my name surname and cell number SO MY QUESTION IS? why could they not have contacted me and say please you need to complete page 3 when they received documents on the 4th already not impressed with FNB HOSPITAL CLAIMS.
