FNB....how can we not help you

Ive never been more disappointed in a bank like FNB. I made a complaint as i couldnt get hold of FNB last week. I get a **** poor phonecall on Friday that promised to get back to me ASAP. Today is Wednesday and i have not heard any further. FNB....how can we not help you
