FNB...how can we help you....yeah right!

My FNB Kulula Credit card was handed over to GLA for an amount of R26000. I have repaid an amount of R66000. I make payments every month. The balance is just being updated upwards monthly. The balance at end Jan was just over R5000, this month the balance is R13500. When I query this, I am presented with settlement offers.....this company is is clearly guilty of gross misconduct and there is nowhere I can turn to for assistance. Not even FNB is responding to my queries or complaints.
