FNB...."HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?" WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!

My restaurant business has been banking with FNB for 24 years. During this period I have paid a fortune in fees, interest, commissions, bank charges etc etc. Due to COVID - 19 we have been unable to trade. I app**** for assistance from FNB COVID -19 Relief Fund the day the application process was opened but informed that there are no more funds. Today I get a call asking me why my overdraft is over limit. ITS BECAUSE FNB HAS TAKEN COMMISSIONS, FEES, BANK CHARGES ETC ETC FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!! NOT BECAUSE I SPENT ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!
