Fnb...how can we **** u

I had a loan with fnb and due to personal reasons could not make payment. Ons saterday 26 aug 17 the day my salary was in my account. Fnb desided to settle my loan. No one bothered to inform me nothing. No email no sms no call nothing. They just took R4800.00 from my account. They refuse to refund me as i do not qualify according to them. Now i cant pay my rent so i am being evicted. Isnt that ****ing awesome....
