FNB/Home Affairs

I made an online booking through Home Affairs for an ID and Passport at FNB. Firstly the FNB one needs to go to has apparently moved. No details have been up date on any internet platform, be it with home affairs or FNB. When it was my turn, the lady informed me that i Needed to have my passport as well. know where in any of the documentation from home affairs or FNB is this stated. I took a days leave to do this and was not even helped. FNB says i Cannot get a refund as i need to get that from home affairs. I am over 7 months pregnant hence i chose to use my trusted bank. i felt unassisted and that it wasnt a friendly experience.
