FNB(First National Bank) has been *****ing from me !!!

I am absolutely disgusting by this ban**** This is the second time this bank deducts money from my account for an account that I have no knowledge about ! previously it was thousands of rands from my account that i have still not gotten back. A few weeks ago, I contacted my bank again as I saw money money being deducted from my account every single month. I went back on my bank statements and the payments dated back from 2004.. Owing close to R20 000 to me.. which I am still fighting for !!! do not bank with this bank - they are extremely unhelpful and their service through this has been absolutely outrageous !!!! I can only imagine how many people they are *****ing from.. they deduct small amounts of money so that it doesn't look strange to you and you think its bank costs maybe.. Check your bank statements people !!!
