FNB(FIRST NATIONAL BANK)

FNB...your service sucks...Opened an account in December 2022,money went in my account 28/01/2023,insurance got deducted on 01/02/2023 and when tried to pay for items at till point and tried to withdraw money it was rejected,saying my account is frozen....Went to branch @Hillside Mall,Bluff and was helped by a very efficient and friendly Pumzile/Pumie and her team leader 10/10, even though their hands were tied...My account is stil frozen and not a word from Head Office as to the reason why....I need my money and will close my account the minute my funds gers released....
