FNB(FBI Agent)Willow Bridge Branch Manager

Good day I never knew that FNB Willow Bridge have an FBI Agent as a,Branch Manager...I do work for a Foreign Company an they still pay by BANK Cheque,I took the cheque to FNB Zevenwacht Mall that's where my branch is.Look.I have an outstanding balance at FNB,so I thought that let's deposit the the cheque there so I can pay them.up an done.So the kind ladies took the cheque to be checked out after 10min or so they came back an said all in order but I need to go to Willow Bridge because they deal with Foreign Currency an Forex.Got there got assisted by a gentleman help e with all.forms an documentation.an made copies of my South African ID. He told me that the cheque will be send up to the Forex Branch in Gauteng,an it will take 6-8weeks I said I do understand.I was supposed to got an email,SMS or a call to say Mr Manuel we received your Foreign Cheque an we are busy possessing it...I GOT...Nothing! Two weeks passed...I took a drive up.to FNB Willow Bridge,I wasn't happy at all...I.ask the lady there and she went to the manager (Mr FBI)to get the cheque,an said they could assist me....So the manager ask me all sorts of questions...do you that this is a huge amount? And where do I get the cheque?it got jackpot do with him at all...I took the cheque which they Date Stamped(Cant use it now) an the manager Mr Johan Vrey followed me out like a stalker...yes I saw you following me...why I don't know....was it because he think I wasn't honest,or he wanted to see what type o car I was driving,etc I as a FNB Client are very very disappointed an I think this man should be dealt with I felt that this was discriminating against me as a person of Colour...
