FNB/eBUCKS FUEL VOUCHER WHEN OPENING NEW ACCOUNT

After switching my account from Standard Bank to FNB in December 2018, I received an e Bucks Voucher that stated if the following criteria is met eB5000 (R500) will be paid into my eBucks account monthly: 1. Deposit salary into FNB Acount every month - which is done 2. Have at least one debit order through the account each month - done (all my debit orders) 3. Download & activate the FNB app - done 4. Activate eBucks card - done

On 21 January 2019 I queried the fact that the R500 has not been deposited into my account yet, with Premier@ FNB. They informed me that they cannot assist and referred me to eBucks. Since then I have been bounced back and forth between the two, receiving emails from eBucks that Premier FNB has to sort this out, they are not aware of such a Voucher. I received a call from a gentleman at Premier FNB last week, apologising profusely that I have been let down in such a way as a new client...and that he will sort it out for me and get back before or on 18 FEb which was Monday. Today is Thursday - still no word and also a month after I lodged my query. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
