FNB/EBUCKS Empty Promises on second hand goods sold as New

My complaint lodge on this platform in December 2020 has still not been attended. FNB/Ebucks sent me a DSTV decoder that was registered to another client. On this platform they promised to get back to me within 48hrs. To date I am still sitting with this gift I purchased for my mom and it cant be used. EBUCKS with FNB is nothing less than a rip-off.
