FNBCC DCRE626647

Fnb takes a random amount off my account FNBCC DCRE626647 and when i asked about it they just keep giving me the run around. They say it was for my credit card but nothing reflected on my credit card account after they deducted the amount. And the amount is way to much to be interest.
