FNB/ASHBURTON POOR SERVICE

Never, and I mean never, consider investing in the Ashburton Flexible Fund underwritten by FNB, financial advisor was Sitembele Msengana.

My mother invested in this fund in 2016. Sadly, she passed away in 2023. We have been trying to finalise her estate through our lawyer for almost a year now but there has been no progress.

FNB and Ashburton keep sending us from pillar to post, with no clear resolution. At one point we were given a specific date by which everything was going to be settled, but that date has long passed without any action. This process has been exhausting and deeply frustrating. However, I will not let this matter go unresolved.
