FNBAPP FRUSTRATION

I am a 60year old stroke survivor that has been using an FNB App on my mobile for ages. The last time I successfully used it was on the 25th of March. Tried using it yesterday afternoon and it all of a sudden gave me an Error Message (MALICIOUS SOFTWARE ALERT). After Uninstalling the App a thousand times with no luck, I called the FNB ***** department that transferred me to Online Banking. The lady that I got to speak to alleged that my software on my mobile was not suitable for my device and advised me to go to my service provider which is MTN and call them back once there is someone available to assist me. After a long wait , the lady that picked up my call from FNB unceremoniously dropped my call without talking to the MTN agent. Because the MTN agent didn't know what he was expected to do, he just checked if my mobile software was up to date and advised me to rather go to FNB.

Came to FNB that was understably busy and patiently waiting for assistance. I was eventually telephonically connected with someone from Online banking . This lady was very patient with me and very kind. She came up with some possible alternatives so that I could be able to access my account so long. She even asked to speak to one of the floor agents

Good Day

Please note that I was busy at the gym. When I 1st thought that I had missed a call from yourselves., up until I saw them just buzzing my number around 14h32. I'm saying buzzing because I had my mobile in my hand and when it rang only once and when I tried picking the call up it disappeared on me. There I was holding onto my mobile thinking and hoping that whoever was trying to call me would subsequently call me as that is the normal thing to do , unless you were not serious about making that call.

I later saw three emails from your DEAN alleging that you tried calling me with no avail. I immediately responded to all of them as frustrated as I was highlightin the fact that i was available to take a call. I even tried calling Dean back on the *** that is on his signature of the emails also to no avail.

I am so frustrated with this unwarranted inconvenience. My 85 year old father at home in the EC fell sick over the past weekend and I promised to send him money to go to the doctor on Monday for I was hoping that this matter would be resolved first thing. But guess what FNB DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MY INCONVENIENCE. Perhaps it's about time that I part ways with them. After so long my business is Not good enough for them. I don't know why did I even bother to move my short-term insurance to them?

The fact that even the the Online banking that I was advised to use so long , keeps saying that I do Not have accounts is beyond me. This nonsense is keeping me up at night since last Friday, and the time I'm posting this follow up query is Testimony to that.
