I have moved to FNB, but need to FICA.

KYC Dept told me that my proof of address needed to be certified, i submitted an e-statement... so against what must a Commissioner of Oaths verify that this is a copy when it is in fact the original??

Certification by a Commissioner of Oaths only needs to be done in cases where a copy of a document is submitted, it is to attest by a duly authorized person that the copy is in fact an authentic and undoctored copy of the oroginal document.

The online in app chat consultants never respond and when I phone Premier Banking contact number om placed on hold for 30+ minutes???
