FNB25778/2 - Apple Iphone 5

I had taken an Apple Iphone 5 from FNB SMART phone devices. The initial phone issued by FNB during the inception of this contract got lost. The phone was replaced with a faulty device which had what is termed a swollen battery. I only realised this when I took the phone in to Apple Menlyn to see if the battery can be replaced as I was suffering due to the phones poor battery life. On the 21 October 2015 at 01:31 pm, I sent an e-mail to Cindi Calaca regarding this issue. Cindi responded on the same day at 2:58pm saying that she has looked into this issue and she is offering two options. Option 1 was to replace the device with an Apple Iphone 6 and option 2 was cash refund of R7449.00. I opted for option 2 which is the refund. I was told it will take 21 working days. The only amount paid to my account from FNB is R121 on 3rd November 2015. It is funny that Cindy said the refund was R7449.00 and the amount paid is R121, such a huge difference. I enquired on the 3rd of December, Jacco Lubbe responded that the amount of R121 was paid. I refered him to the initial agreement with Cindi and he simply ignored me todate. Hello Peter I want what is due to me, FNB should explain the difference
