My experience at FNB Zevenwacht Mall was awesome from the minute that I stepped into the branch thanks to Shirley's warmth and exuberant smile. Her cheerful disposition and solution-driven approach to customer care were equally mirrored by Samantha who minimised my waiting time by requesting that Rodwayne open his booth to assist me when Shirley informed her that I am collecting a temporary debit card. Rodwayne, Samantha and Shirley you guys rock and I sincerely hope that more customers are appreciative of your professionalism and warmth!
