Fnb zero service

One cannot get hold of FNB home loans, you hold forever then get transferred and then get cut off , this has happened now ongoing for 2 weeks…. How do you get help ? Private bankers are just non existent Branch cannot even help, i am absolutely horrified…where can i get help from ?
