FNB Zero Interest on R10 million!!!

I represent a community organisation in Saldanha Bay who has been fighting for 10 years with Transnet to get them to paint the buildings they have polluted. We eventually got Transnet to come to the party and they paid R10 million into our FNB account to be distributed to the affected home owners. This process took about 3 months. After more than a month I was informed that we get ZERO, NADA NOTHING interest on this money. In fact we had to pay banking fees on the money without earning any interest! I have been sine then tried to get hold of anyone to discuss this and rectify the situation, not a change, you get to the call center and that is all! If my service was that bad, I probably would have done the same to make sure upset customers cannot talk to me! I am going to try my best to get as many people as possible to spread this message and change their banks!
