FNB - Zero Customer Service

UNable to get in contact with anyone from FNB> I have been trying to contact them for a bout a week. All of my account bank statements are incorrect. I try call and I go through all the prompts just for them to cut the call. I have only got through to one person, they hung up on me before I was even able to say hello. I am disgusted at FNB customer service - I highly advise anyone who is thinking of banking with FNB - STAY AWAY. Things will go wrong and there will be noone to help you. I have tried the support through the APp and the Web - no one replies.
