FNB Zero Business Bank Account still not delivered

I opened an FNB Zero Business Account in the first quarter of the year and I still have not received my bank card and sim card in July.

Pretty shocking service for a bank that has treated me fair over the years and one that has ranked as the Best Business Bank since 2013. They only decided to call me at the end of June to deliver the card and they still want to charge me lol - are you serious FNB. On top of that there's no mention of a sim card. If this persists I think Standard Bank might just be the alternative. Other than random debit orders, this is the only bad experience I have had but its still disappointing considering the fact that I'm trying to use their services to run a business.

I hope they will contact me asap because this is very poor performance.
