FNB Zero accountability

A lesson learnt, I wont be buying airtime from your app because there is zero accountability for when we dont receive the airtime. Your investigation takes forever to conclude even the you have everything there on my fnb app.

On the 20th of Feb I bought airtime the money was deducted from my account but I never received it. The following day I bought it again same amount I received that one. Can I have my money back for my airtime bought on the 20th
