FNB ZERO ACCOUNT JITTERS

My friend is having serious issues in accessing her FNB ZERO ACCOUNT. She is currently unable to transact with it. It only allows funds to be deposited but not transferred out. The ZERO ACCOUNT is simply not working but there is balance which she is attempting to withdraw. Currently Customer service has High Call Volumes including the ***** line and there is no other way to get assistance barring going to the branch. She questions whether it was ever a good idea to have opened this facility in the first instance because she’s also attempting to close this account permanently via the FNB APP in the hopes the remaining balance will be transferred to her main transactional account but the options simply isn’t there
