FNB Zambia

I have a problem with Forex I have been to FNB Centurion Branch They have tried to phone FNB in Zambia they could not find ONE FNB Branch in Zambia that answered their phones Transferred forex from my US Dollar account NR ********* Ref nr *** Showing as pending under forex history on ref *** – This amount of R****** is supposed to come into my South African Account But the pending forex transaction just keep on changing the capture date that was originally on the 13th of October and is now standing on 15th of October 2020 So the money was taken from my Zambia Dollar Account and is not in my South African account and does not show submitted to Zambian bank for approval it shows in progress
