Fnb you’re unprofessional and theives

Fnb deducted over R800 in my account for honouring fee. They say I made transactions when I didn’t have enough money in my account which is not true. I only spend money that I have. Also if I don’t have money in my account why don’t the transactions decline? I am told I have a business manager who has never contacted me even once in over 2 years. I was given her contact details, the phone number doesn’t exist. I sent an email which she will probably not even respond to. This is not right. Not even once have a made a transaction without enough money in my account. What fnb is doing is *****ing.
