FNB YOUR SYSTEMS DON'T SUPPORT YOUR STAFF
Having such a frustrating experience with FNB Home Loans. The people I have dealt with have been amazing but their systems and processes don't support their excellent client service. Been at this since 9 October!!!! Come on FNB!!! Support your staff who are trying to deliver service excellence. And would you please give me the money! You approved the loan 6 weeks ago!!!!!
