FNB your service Sucks!!!!

Big mistake to bank with FNB, money got ****** from my account on the 21st of November 2020. I was told to contact the ***** department which i did,three or more times. Still no feedback. Still didn't receive any call back from their ***** dep. I must just except my money is gone. My suggestion to anyone would be not to bank with FNB, they make it seem like its your fault your account has been hacked and when you call them you have to deal with *********** people. You shouldn't even get a star on your rating
