FNB - your money is not safe with them

I phoned FNB on 19 February re 3 deductions from my account - which occurred before, and I reported to FNB, with the request that they must block any deduction from this person/institution *****ulently. Ms Fiona and Roxanne promised to investigate it within 30 days and come back to me. I insisted that the transaction be reversed, because I have given the instruction above before. The amount in question is R848.82, which still has not been reversed. I told them that they allowed a *****ulant transaction to be processed TWICE, and that my money is not safe in this bank at all. I'm still waiting for the refund!
