FNB your How can we help slogan means NOTHING

FNB disconnected my Personal loan account's debit order from my main account. My payments didn't go off on my personal loan. 1st tried to solve the problem by speaking to a banker on the FNB App - Can't assist. Then phoned. Each time when they connect me with the department I need to speak to, I get disconnected.

I tried my personal banker - NO HELP THERE! All reply (and SMS demands) I get is make a payment - Your credit rating is going down. Not sorry someone made a mistake. How can we help you - No! pay up (or we give you a K#K credit rating)
