Fnb, your delivery service is useless!!!!!

On 28 april I opened a gold cheque account with you (online). I am yet to receive this card, more than three weeks later. CCD has confirmed that they received the card, but the imbeciles emplyed by this company struggles to find shoprite clayville on a map. After a long struggle they found it and confirmed a delivery date, only to cancel late on the day of delivery. I expect the card to be delivered at that location on friday (that is when i will be in that location again) or I will go to another bank that doesnt keep me waiting for a simple card for three weeks.
